Low season is January - March and October onwards. All prices include Full English Breakfast or Continental Breakfast if preferred.

To confirm your booking we request a non-refundable deposit of £10 per room per night.

Normally people arrive between 16.00 - 18.00 please let we know in advance if you wish to arrive outside these times.

Pickup and drop off from Barnard Castle can be arranged for those using public transport, also pickup and drop off to/from trail heads for walkers.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am. Sorry but pets are not allowed.
